1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jelihot platform — including but not limited to the casino games, sports betting section, live dealer tables, and payment cashier — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

Any player found to be under 18 years of age will have their account immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all funds in the account forfeited.

2.2 Eligible Players

To register and maintain an account on jelihot, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

2.3 Registration Process

To create an account on jelihot, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the lifespan of your account. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

jelihot reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks at any point, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or during a routine account review. 2.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on jelihot. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, any bonuses received will be voided, and the net balance across all accounts may be forfeited at jelihot's discretion.

3. Account Management

3.2 Account Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, jelihot requires the account holder to complete identity verification. This process requires the submission of a valid, government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card or passport) and proof of current residential address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement). Documents submitted for verification must be clear, legible, and unaltered.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. jelihot will notify the account holder by email prior to applying any inactivity administration fee. Where an account balance reaches zero following the application of such fees, the account may be closed. Players wishing to reactivate an inactive account should contact support@jelihot.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your jelihot account at any time by contacting support@jelihot. Any verified balance remaining at the time of account closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of all applicable KYC checks and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via mobile wallet services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your jelihot account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Deposits made via bank transfer may take longer depending on the processing times of the respective financial institution. jelihot is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by jelihot are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific promotion, as well as these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Actions considered to constitute bonus abuse include — but are not limited to — opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, collusion between players on bonus bets, and placing offsetting bets to guarantee a return regardless of outcome. Where bonus abuse is identified, jelihot reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close the account.

5.4 Bonus Eligibility

Specific promotions may be restricted to players from particular regions, players who have made qualifying deposits within a specified period, or players who have not previously claimed a particular offer. Eligibility criteria are stated in each promotion's terms. jelihot reserves the right to decline bonus requests from players who do not meet the stated eligibility criteria.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on jelihot are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. These rules govern the settlement of bets in the event of match postponement, cancellation, abandonment, or result revision. jelihot's decision on all bet settlements is final, subject only to the dispute resolution process described in Section 12.

6.2 Casino Games

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jelihot and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.

11. Amendments & Termination

11.2 Termination by jelihot

jelihot reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• jelihot reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct associated with the account.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations require the termination of the account.
• The continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, jelihot reserves the right to withhold any funds in the account pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is established, funds may be forfeited and the matter referred to relevant authorities.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account for any reason, your right to access and use the jelihot platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue in full force and effect following termination.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

12.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of jelihot, you should first contact our support team at support@jelihot with full details of the dispute. jelihot will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. The support team aims to acknowledge dispute submissions within 24 hours and to reach a resolution within 10 business days of receiving all relevant information.

Where a dispute relates to the settlement of a bet or the outcome of a casino game, jelihot's decision — made after review of all available evidence including system logs, game records, and transaction histories — shall be final and binding, except where a manifest error is demonstrated.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players access and use jelihot on the understanding that they are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

12.3 Severability
